Shipping Policy

Processing time
All orders are carefully packed and shipped within 3–7 business days.
For made-to-order or customized items, please allow additional time for production before shipping.

Domestic shipping (Israel)- 

• Standard mail (Israel Post): ₪25
• Pickup point delivery: ₪40
• Home delivery (courier): ₪60

Shipping usually takes 1–5 business days, depending on the delivery method and location.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a notification with the tracking details.

Please note: if a package is not collected and is returned to sender, additional shipping fees will apply for resending.

Local pickup
If you’d like to pick up your order in person, please contact me at inbar.zer@gmail.com to arrange a suitable time.

International shipping-
At the moment, international shipping is not available through the website.
If you’d like to place an international order, please contact me directly before purchasing.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Each piece is made with care, and I want you to be happy with your purchase.
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Please contact me at inbar.zer@gmail.com before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior contact won’t be accepted.

Please note that custom or personalized items, as well as sale items and gift cards, cannot be returned.

If your return is approved, I’ll provide the return instructions and address. Once the item arrives and is inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out immediately with a photo, and I’ll do my best to make it right.
